iPARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS
IINCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN
IBERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 83-19, AN IRREGULARLY-
SHAPED PARCEL OF LAND CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 5.02 ACRES
,LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF 40TH STREET AND NORTH MOUNTAIN

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino

IMunicipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
Ian irregularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately

15.02 acres located at the northeast corner of 40th Street and
'rorth Mountain View Avenue, is rezoned from C-2, Community
Itommercial, to C-3A, Limited General Commercial:

Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section
15, Township 1 North, Range 4 West, SAN
BERNARDINO BASE AND MERIDIAN, in the City of
San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino
according to the U. S. System of Survey, if
extended over said land, being a portion of
Government Lot 38, RANCHO MUSCUPIABE, according
to the map recorded in Book 7 of Maps, page 23
of said County, as more particularly described

Southeast 1/4 of Section 15, thence north along
western line of said Southeast 1/4 145 feet;
thence east 150 feet; thence north 60 feet;
thence east 15 feet; thence north 461.88 feet;
thence east 165 feet; thence continuing easterly
to a point of intersection with a curve concave
to northeast with a radius of 130 feet whose
center is 84.5 feet north of the northerly line
of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of the
Southeast 1/4 of said Section 15 and 100 feet
east of the western line of the east 1/2 of the
