2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN
PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS
3 INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN
BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 83-24, LOCATED ON THE EAST
4 SIDE OF WATERMAN AVENUE APPROXIMATELY 800 FEET NORTH OF THE CENTER
LINE OF MILL STREET).

6 THE MAYOR AND COMIION COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
9 Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
10 located on the east side of Waterman Avenue approximately 800 feet
II north of the center line of Mill Street, is rezoned from II-I,
12 Light Industrial, to C-M, Commercial-Manufacturing:

All that real property situated in the City of
San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino,
State of California, described as follows:

All the portion of Lot 7, Block 45, RANCHO SAN
BERNARDINO, in the County of San Bernardino,
State of California, lying Northwesterly of
property granted to San Bernardino Flood Control
District, a body politic and corporate, by deed
recorded April 22, 1959, in Book 4796, page 481,
Official Records, in Book 7 of Maps, page 2,
records of said County.

EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion deeded to the
City of San Bernardino by deed recorded November 28,

SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by referenc
