ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN
IPARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS
,INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN
II BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 83-29, LOCATED
APPROXIMATELY 738 FEET NORTH OF THE CENTERLINE OF RIALTO AVENUE,
IHAVING A FRONTAGE OF APPROXIMATELY 658 FEET ON THE EAST SIDE OF
PEPPER AVENUE).

THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

I SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
IMuniciPal Code, the following described parcel of real property,

ilocated approximately 738 feet north of the centerline of Rialto

Avenue, having a frontage of approximately 658 feet on the east

ISide of Pepper Avenue, is rezoned from R-1-7200, Single-Family
Residential District to R-3-3000, Multiple-Family Residential

All that real property situated in the City of
San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino,
State of California, described as follows:

The west 1/2 of Farm Lot 79, Town of Rialto
and Adjoining Subdivisions, as per plat recorded
in Book 4 of Maps, Page 11, Records of said
County.

Saving and excepting therefrom the South 80
feet, as deeded to the Southern Pacific Railway
Company by deed dated September 16, 1912, and
recorded in Book 528 of Deeds Page 327, records
of said County.

SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by
