ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN
PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS
INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN
BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 83-31, HAVING A FRONTAGE
OF APPROXIMATELY 356 FEET ON THE EAST SIDE OF CENTRAL AVENUE AND
BEING LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 303.8 FEET SOUTH OF THE CENTERLINE OF
HIGHLAND AVENUE).

THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino

Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
10
having a frbntage of approximately 356 feet on the east side of
11
central Avenue and being located approximately 303.8 feet south of
12
the centerline of Highland Avenue, is rezoned from PRD-15U,
13
Planned Residential Development District at 15 units per acre to
14
PRD-24U, Planned Residential Development District at 24 units per
15
acre:

All that real property situated in the City of
San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino,
State of California, described as follows:

That portion of the northwest one-quarter of the
northwest one-quarter of the northeast one-quarter
of Section 32, Township 1 North, Range 3 West,
San Bernardino Base and Me~idian, in the County of
San Bernardino, State of California, according
to official plat, described as follows:

Commencing at the north one-quarter corner of
said Section 32; thence along the West line of
said Northeast one-quarter, South 0 degrees 21
minutes 40 seconds East, 302.77 feet to the true
point of beginning; thence continuing South 0

to the South line of said Northwest one-quarter
