2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN
PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS
3 INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN
BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 83-32, A RECTANGULARLY-
4 SHAPED PARCEL OF LAND CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 8,250 SQUARE
FEET HAVING A FRONTAGE OF APPROXIMATELY 50 FEET ON THE SOUTH SIDE
5 OF SIXTEENTH STREET AND BEING LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 180 FEET EAST
OF THE CENTERLINE OF "D" STREET).

7 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
10 Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property, a
11 rectangularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately
12 8,250 square feet having a frontage of approximately 50 feet on
13 the south side of Sixteenth Street and being located approximately
14 180 feet east of the centerline of "D" Street, is rezoned from
15 A-P Administrativ~ Professional District to R-3-l200 Multiple-
16 Family Residential District:

All that real property situated in the City of
San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino,
State of California, described as follows:

That portion of Lot 1, Block 34, Rancho San
Bernardino, in the County of San Bernardino,
State of California, as per plat recorded on
Book 7 of Maps, page 2, Records of said County,
described as follows:

Commencing at a point 181.25 feet east of the
northwest corner of said Lot 1, Block 34; thence
east 50 feet; thence south 165 feet; thence
west 50 feet; thence north 165 feet to point
of beginning.

SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by
