ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN
PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS
INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN
BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 83-33, A RECTANGULARLY-
SHAPED PARCEL OF LAND CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 6,000 SQUARE
FEET HAVING A FRONTAGE OF APPROXIMATELY 40 FEET ON THE SOUTH SIDE
OF SEVENTH STREET AND BEING LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 290 FEET EAST
[OF THE CENTERLINE OF ARROWHEAD AVENUE).
THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property, a
rectangularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately
6,000 square feet having a frontage of approximately 40 feet on
the south side of Seventh Street and being located approximately
290 feet east of the centerline of Arrowhead Avenue, is rezoned
from R-3-1200 Multiple-Family Residential District to "T"
Transitional District:
All that real property situated in the City of
San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino,
State of California, described as follows:
That portion of Lot 6, Block 47, City of San
Bernardino, in the County of San Bernardino,
State of California, as per Plat recorded in Book
7 of Maps, Page 1, Records of said County,
described as follows:
Commencing 250 feet, east of the northwest corner
of said Block 47; thence south 150 feet; thence
east 40 feet; thence north 150 feet; thence
west 40 feet to the place of beginning.

SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by
reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal
Code is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this
