ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING SECTION
19.68.110 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE TO REFLECT THE
CORRECT POSITION TITLE OF THE SUPERINTENDENT OF BUILDING AND
SAFETY.
THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 19.68.110 of the San Bernardino Municipal
Code is amended to read:
"19.68.110 Waiver of fees, hearing and other provisions.
A. The Planning Director, with the written concurrence of
the Superintendent of Building and Safety, may waive the
application fee, the hearing, and any other provisions of this
chapter, with respect to any application for a permit to move any
structure which is located in an area which has been designated by
the Mayor and Council as unsafe for human habitation. The
security provisions of Section 19.68.100 shall not be waived.
B. If the hearing is waived, the Planning Director, with the
written concurrence of the Superintendent of Building and Safety,
may impose appropriate conditions on the issuance of a permit to
the same extent and in the same manner as the Commission or
Council can impose conditions pursuant to this title."
