ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING SECTION
19.44.020 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO USES
PERMITTED IN "0" OPEN DISTRICTS TO ALLOW OPEN -AIR MARK1<;TS AND
TEMPORARY OUTDOOR EVENTS SUBJECT TO A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT.

THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Section 19.44.020 of the San Bernardino

Municipal Code is amended by adding thereto Subsections G and H
8
to read:

"G. Open-air market subject to a conditional use permit,
10
which shall include provisions for permanent paved parking areas
11
and landscaping.

H. Temporary outdoor trade shows, sporting and
13 entertainment events, subject to approval of review of plans by
14 the Planning Commission, and provided no such show or event shall
15 exceed ten days. Regularly scheduled outdoor events shs1l
16 require a conditional use permit, which shall include provisions
17 for permanent paved parking areas and landscaping."
