2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN
PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS
3 INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN
BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 84-2, A RECTANGULARLY-
4 SHAPED PARCEL OF LAND CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 7,750 SQUARE FEE~
LOCATED AT 1228 LUGO STREET).

SECTION 1.
Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
8
Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property, a
9
rectangularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately
10
7,750 square feet located at 1228 Lugo Street, is rezoned from
11
"T" Transitional District to R-3 Multiple-Family Residential
12
District:

All that real property situated in the City of
San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino,
State of California, described as follows:

Lot 17, Block 4, amended map of Baseline Addition,
in the County of San Bernardino, State of
California, as per plat recorded in Book 4 of
maps, page 35, records of said County.

SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by
21 Code is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this
20 reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal
