SHAPED PARCEL OF LAND CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 8,525 SQUARE FEET
rAND HAVING A FRONTAGE OF APPROXIMATELY 55 FEET ON THE WEST SIDE OF
'LUGO AVENUE AND BEING LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 200 FEET NORTH OF THE
CENTERLINE OF BASELINE STREET).
