2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN
PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS
3 INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN
BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 83-30, AN IRREGULARLY-
4 SHAPED PARCEL OF LAND CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 1.65 ACRES
HAVING A FRONTAGE OF APPROXIMATELY 383 FEET ON THE WEST SIDE OF
5 ACACIA AVENUE AND BEING LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 296 FEET NORTH OF
THE CENTERLINE OF THIRTY-SIXTH STREET).

THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
7 DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
9 IMunicipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
10 an irregularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately
11 1.65 acres having a frontage of approximately 383 feet on the
12 west side of Acacia Avenue and being located approximately 296
13 feet north of the centerline of Thirty-sixth Street is rezoned
14 from R-1-7200 Single-Family Residential District to R-2 Two-Family
15 Residential District:
16 All that real property situated in the City of
San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino,
17 State of California, described as follows:

recorded in Parcel Map Book 59, pages 39 and 40;
Parcel nos. 1 and 2, Parcel Map no. 6828, as
recorded in Parcel Map Book 81, page 30;
Parcel nos. 2 and 3, Parcel Map no. 6393, as
recorded in Parcel Map Book 62, pages 56 and 57;
Parcel nos. 2 and 3, Parcel Map no. 7762, as
