ORDINANCE NO. MC-365
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING SECTIONS
19.22.020, 19.26.020 AND 19.32.020 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO
MUNICIPAL CODE TO PERMIT BLOOD PLASMA COLLECTION, PROCESSING,
STORAGE OR DISTRIBUTION FACILITIES IN C-2, C-4 AND A-P DISTRICTS,
SlJBJECT TO CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS.
THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Subsection 19.22.020 G is added to the San
Bernardino Municipal Code to read:
"G. Blood plasma collection, processing, storage or
distribution facility, subject to a conditional use permit."
SECTION 2. Paragraph 19.26.020 D 10 is added to the San
Bernardino Municipal Code to read:
"10. Blood plasma collection, processing, storage or
distribution facility, subject to a conditional use permit."
SECTION 3. Subsection 19.32.020 F is added to the San
Bernardino Municipal Code to read:
"F. Blood plasma collection, processing, storage or
distribution facility, subject to a conditional use permit."
