ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN
PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS
INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN
BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 84-4, A PARCEL OF LAND
LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF CENTURY AVENUE AND CAMINO
ROAD) .
THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
a parcel of land located at the southwest corner of Century Avenue
and Camino Road is rezoned from "0" Open Space District to C-3A
Limited General Commercial District:
All that real property situated in the City of
San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State
of California, described as follows:
The east 1/2 of the northeast 1/4 of Lot 15,
Block 54, Rancho San Bernardino as per Plat
recorded in Book 7 of Maps, page 2, records of
San Bernardino County, California. AKA:
Assessor's Parcel Number 141-251-34.
(PARCEL NO. ONE THOUSAND TWENTY-EIGHT, PETITION
NO. 84-4.)
SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by
reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal
Code is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this
ordinance.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was duly
adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
Bernardino at a
