ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN
PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, HIlICH IS
INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN
BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 84-5, A RECTANGULARLY-
SHAPED PARCEL OF LAND CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 11,185 SQUARE
FEET HAVING A FFONTAGE OF APPROXIMATELY 75 FEET ON TIlE SOUTH SIDE
OF TENTH STREET AND BEING LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 176 FEET EAST OF
THE CENTERLINE OF "D" STREET).
THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOIvS:
SECTION 1: Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
a rectangularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately
11,185 square feet having a frontage of approximately 75 feet on
the south side of Tenth Street and being located approximately 176
feet east of the centerline of "D" Street is rezoned from C-3A
Limited General Commercial District to R-3-l200 Multiple Family
Residential District:
All that real property situated in the City of
San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State
of California, described as follows:
Lot 13, Block 67, in the City of San Bernardino,
County of San Bernardino, State of California,
as per map recorded in Book 3 of Maps, page 80,
in the office of the County Recorder of San
Bernardino County, California.
(PARCEL NO. ONE THOUSAND TWENTY-NINE, PETITION
NO. 84-5.)
SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by
reference in Sectio~ 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal
Code is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this
ordinance.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was duly
