ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN
PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS
INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN
BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 83-27, A PARCEL OF LAND
LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF WATE~%AN AVENUE BETWEEN COMMERCIAL
ROAD AND WIER ROAD AND EAST OF FOXCROFT WAY AND HERITAGE LANE) .
THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERHARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
a parcel of land located on the west side of Waterman Avenue
between Commercial Road and Wier Road and east of Foxcroft Way
and Heritage Lane is rezoned from Planned Residential Development
at 17 dwelling units per net acre district to Planned Residential

Development at 24 dwelling units p~r net acre district:
All that real property situated in the City of
San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State
of California, described as follows:
Lot 4 of Tract No. 11414, City of San Bernardino,
in the County of San Bernardino, State of
California, as recorded in Book 157 of Maps, Pages
41-44, Records of San Bernardino County.
