2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN
PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS
3 INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN
BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 84-7, AN IRREGULARLY-
4 SHAPED PARCEL OF LAND CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 20.5 ACRES
HAVING A DIVIDED FRONTAGE OF APPROXIMATELY 377 FEET ON THE EAST
5 SIDE OF HUNTS LANE AND BEING LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 541 FEET SOUTH
OF THE CENTERLINE OF REDLANDS BOULEVARD) .

THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
7 DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
9 Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
10 an irregularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately
11 20.5 acres having a divided frontage of approximately 377 feet on
12 the east side of Hunts Lane and being located approximately 541
13 feet south of the centerline of Redlands Boulevard is rezoned
14 from M-l Light Manufacturing District to C-M Commercial-
15 Manufacturing District:
16 All that real property situated in the City of
San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State
17 of California, described as follows:
18 Parcel 7 of Parcel Map No. 2803, in the County
of San Bernardino, State of California, as per
19 plat recorded in Book 34 of Parcel Maps, pages
83 and 84, records of San Bernardino County.

SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by
23 reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal
24 Code is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this
25 ord inance.
