ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN
PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS
INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN
BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 84-9, A RECTANGULARLY-
SHAPED PARCEL OF LAND CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 18,000 SQUARE
FEET HAVING A FRONTAGE OF APPROXIMATELY 130 FEET ON THE NORTH SIDE
OF 20TH STREET AND BEING LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 133 FEET WEST OF
THE CENTERLINE OF KENWOOD AVENUE AND FURTHER DESCRIBED AS 376 AND
384 EAST 20TH STREET).
THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
a rectangularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately
18,000 square feet having a frontage of approximately 130 feet on
the north side of 20th Street and being located approximately 133
feet west of the centerline of Kenwood Avenue and further
described as 376 and 384 East 20th Street is rezoned from R-1-7200
Single Family Residential District to A-P Administrative-
Professional District:
All that real property situated in the City of
San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State
of California, described as follows:
Lot 7 and 8 of Tract 3650, City of San
Bernardino, in the County of San Bernardino,
State of California, as recorded in Book 47
of Maps, Pages 92, 93 and 94, Records of San
Bernardino County, California.
(PARCEL NO. ONE THOUSAND THIRTY-THREE, PETITION
NO. 84-9)
SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by
reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal
Code is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this
ordinance.
