2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN
PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS
3 INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN
BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 83-12, A PARCEL OF LAND
4 BOUNDED ON THE NORTH BY EUREKA, ON THE SOUTH BY MARSHALL
BOULEVARD, ON THE WEST BY MOUNTAIN AVENUE, ON THE EAST BY DEL
5 ROSA AND INCLUDING THAT PORTION LYING 400 FEET EAST OF DEL ROSA
BETWEEN EUREKA AND MARSHALL BOULEVARD).

THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
7 DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
9 Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
10 a parcel of land bounded on the north by Eureka, on the south by
11 Marshall Boulevard, on the west by Mountain Avenue, on the east
12 by Del Rosa and including that portion lying 400 feet east of Del
13 Rosa between Eureka and Marshall Boulevard is rezoned from R-l-
14 7200 Single-Family Residential, R-2 Two-Family Residential, R-3-
15 1200 Multiple-Family Residential, PRD Planned Residential
16 Development, C-l Neighborhood Commercial and C-3A Limited General
17 Commercial to PRD 14-U Planned Residential Development at 14
18 dwelling units per acre:

All that real property situated in the City of San
Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of
California, described as follows:

Commencing at the intersection of the centerlines of
Eureka Street and Mountain Avenue; thence south along
the centerline of Mountain Avenue to the intersection
of the centerline of Marshall Boulevard; thence east
along the centerline of Marshall Boulevard to the city
limits line approximately 141.34 feet west of the
centerline of Dogwood Street; thence north along said
city limits line to the intersection of the centerline
of Eureka Street; thence west along the centerline of
Eureka to the point of beginning.

ordinance.
