ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN
PARCl';:L OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING HAP, WHICH IS
INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN
BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 84-11, AN IRREGULARLY-
SHAPED PARCEL OF LAND CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 40 ACRES
LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SECOND STREET AND MERIDIAN
AVENUE HAVING A FRONTAGE OF APPROXIMATELY 1,318 FEET ON TUE NORTH
SIDE OF SECOND STREE~ AND A FRONTAGE OF 659 FEET ON THE EAST SIDE
OF MERIDIAN AVENUE).
THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS fOLLOHS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
/lunicipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
