ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF Sfu~ BERNARDINO AMENDING SECTION
10.16.100 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO
UNLAWFUL PARKING TO REPEAL PROVISIONS MAKING IT UNLAWFUL TO PARK
A VEHICLE FOR THE PURPOSE OF DISPLAYING IT FOR SALE, AND MAKING
OTHER NONSUBSTANTIVE CHANGES.
THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 10.16.100 of the San Bernardino
Municipal Code is amended to read:
"10.16.100 Unlawful parking for certain purposes.
It shall be unlawful for any person to stand or park a
vehicle upon any roadway for the principal purpose of:
A. Washing, greasing or repairing such vehicle except
repairs necessitated by an emergency;
B. Selling merchandise from the vehicle within the
business district."
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was duly
adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
Bernardino at a
regular
meeting thereof, held on
the 20th day of

, 1984, by the following vote,
to wit:
