ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING SECTION
13.08.050 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE AUTHORIZING AN
ADMINISTRATIVE FEE FOR PROCESSING APPLICATIONS TO CONNECT TO THE
,CITY'S SEWER FOR PROPERTY LOCATED OUTSIDE THE INCORPORATED
LIMITS OF THE CITY.
I THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
IDO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1.
Section 13.08.050 of the San Bernardino

Municipal Code is amended by adding thereto Subsection C to
9
read:

"C. Connection fee designated to recover extra
ladministrative costs relating to processing an application for
11
12
I property located outside the incorporated limits of the City and
served by the City sewer system, which fee shall be deposited in
13
14
the general fund of the City, in an amount established by
15
resolution of the City."

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was duly
17
adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
18
Bernardino at an Adjourned Regular
meeting thereof, held on
