LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
PARCEL NO.1:
All that portion of Section 18, Township 1 north, Range 4 west, San Bernardino
Meridian, in the County of San Bernardino, State of California, according to the
official plat thereof as the lines of government survey may be extended over the
Rancho Muscupiabe, as per plat recorded in Book 7 of Maps, Page 23, records of
said county. Lying north of the north line on Ono Drive (also known as College
Avenue) as conveyed to the City of San Bernardino by easement deed recorded
December 2, 1964 in Book 6284, Page 159, officialrecords, described as follows:
Commencing at the point of intersection of the southwesterly line of Kendall
Drive as conveyed to the County of San Bernardino by deed recorded November 13,
1925 in Book 39, Page 57, official records and the westerly line of State
Street, also know as Devil's Canyon Road, 60 feet wide as conveyed to San
Bernardino County Flood Control District by deed recorded February 28, 1945 in
Book 1735, Page 358, official Records; thence south 00 deg. 01' 30" east along
sai d west 1 i ne of State Street 95.76 feet; thence south 58 deg. 48' 50" west,
141.38 feet; thence south 31 deg. II' 10" east 5 feet; thence south 58 deg. 48'
50" west, 36.94 feet to the true point of beginning; thence continuing along
that property deeded to the city of San Bernardino in Book 6284, Page 73, offi-
cial records, the following courses and distances: south 58 deg. 48' 50" west,
143.06 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave southeasterly having a
radius of 1125.00 feet; thence southwesterly along said curve through a central
angle of 77 deg. 39' 25", a distance of 1524.79 feet; thence south 18 deg. 50'
35" east, 180.00 feet; thence south 52 deg. 45' 40" east 62.72 feet; thence on
course "A" south 18 deg. 50' 35" east 100 feet; thence south 26 deg. 09' 25"
west 56.57 feet; thence south 18 deg. 50' 35" east, 130 feet; thence south 71
deg. 09' 25" west 10 feet; thence south 18 deg. 50' 35" east to westerly pro-
longation of the south line of Lot 1 of Tract 3440, as per Map recorded in Book
46, Page 8 of Maps, in the County of San Bernardino, State of California, in the
office of the county recorder of said county; thence easterly along said
westerly prolongation to the southwest corner of said Lot 1; thence north to the
northwest corner of Lot 36 of said Tract 3440; thence east along the north line
of said Lot 36, a point 150.00 feet westerly measured at right angles from said
westerly line of State Street; thence north 00 deg. 04' 00" east, 420.41 feet to
said southeasterly line of State College Parkway and the point of beginning.
