2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN
PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS
3 INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN
BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 84-16).

THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO
5 ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
7
Municipal Code, the real property described in Exhibit "A",

lattached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, an
lirregUlarlY-Shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately 24.2
Ii acres located at the northwest corner of Kendall Drive and State
Icollege Parkway, having a frontage of approximately 1,997 feet on
'the north side of Kendall Drive, is rezoned from PRD-3, Planned

Residential Development 3 units to the acre, to PRD-6, Planned

SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by

reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal

Code is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this

ordinance.
