An 2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO PROVIDING ZONING DESIGNATION 0, OPEN DISTRICT, FOR CERTAIN DESCRIBED PROPERTY 3 CURRENTLY PENDING ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO (PREZONE, AN IRREGULARLY-SHAPED PARCEL OF LAND CONSISTING OF 4 APPROXIMATELY 1.74 ACRES HAVING A FRONTAGE OF APPROXIMATELY 402.37 FEET ON THE NORTH SIDE OF OLD CAJON BOULEVARD AND BEING LOCATED 5 APPROXIMATELY 700 FEET WEST OF THE INTERSECTION OF DEVORE ROAD AND CAJON BOULEVARD. 6 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO 7 ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: 8 SECTION 1. Prezoning of Certain Territory. 9 The real property described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto 10 and incorporated herein by reference, an irregularly-shaped parcel 11 of land consisting of approximately 1.74 acres having a frontage 12 of approximately 402.37 feet on the north side of Old Cajon 13 Boulevard and being located approximately 700 feet west of the 14 intersection of Devore Road and Cajon Boulevard, is declared to be 15 in the 0, Open District, effective on the effective date of 16 annexation of the property to the City of San Bernardino. 17 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was duly 18 adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San 19 Be~nardino at an adiourned reGular meeting thereof, held 20 on the 8th day of November , 1984, by the following 21 vote, to wit: 22 AYES: Council Members CRstRnedR. PROPOSED NON CONTIGUOUS ANNEXATION lOCATED NORTHERLY OF OLD CAJON BOULEVARD, WEST OF DEVORE ROAD Lots 12 to 19 inclusive, together with that portion of the south one-half of the alley adjacent to lot 19 and lying westerly of the southerly prolonga- tion of Lot 42, all in Block 26, Map of Dr.vore, in the County of San Bernardino, State of California, as per map recorded in Book 17, pages 79 and 80 of Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder of said County. ' Except that portion thereof lying within the land described to Charles E. Leveson and BettyB. Leveson, recorded December 23, 1965 in Book 6537 Page 790 of Official Records, in the Office of the County Recorder of said County.
