THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL Of THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
5 DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Section 5.76.140 of the San Bernardino Municipal
7 Code is amended to read~

".5.76.1M) Insurance - Towing, ambulAnce aml medical
9 transportation vehicles.

No carrier which operates towing vehi~les, ambulances,
11 wheelchair passenger transportation vehicles or dialysis
12 transportation vehicles shall operate, or permit to he operated,
13 any vehicle under the provision,; of this ~hapter, unless and
14 until such vehicle is ~overed by the insurance requirements set
15 forth below, and the policy of such insurance or a ~ertificate
16 thereof, in an insurance company approved by the Bureau, has been
17 filed \\lith the Bureau. Such policy or ~ertifi~ate shall set
18
forth with particularity the make, number and other identifying
19
data of ea~h vehicle ~overed by such policy, together with the
I exoiration date of su~h poli~y, and any other information
I reouired by the Bureau.
