16.16 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE TO DELETE REFERENCE TO
3 ELECTRICAL SUPERINTENDENT AND TO AN APPLICANT PROVIDING INSURANCE
PRIOR TO ERECTION OF A BANNER.

5 ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Section 16.16.040 of the San Bernardino Municipal
