ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING SECTION
6.24.150 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE TO PROVIDE FOR A
FIVE DOLLAR VACCINATION FEE FOR ALL DOGS AND CATS RECLAIMED,
ADOPTED, OR SOLD FOR RESEARCH PURPOSES FROM THE ANIMAL SHELTER.
I THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. San Bernardino Municipal Code Section 6.24.150 is
7 amended by adding thereto Subsection G to read:

"G. Vaccination fee:
9 five dollars for each dog or cat reclaimed by its owner
10 five dollars for each dog or cat adopted to a new home
II five dollars for each dog or cat sold for research
12 purposes."
13 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was duly
14 adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San

Bernardino at a
meeting thereof, held
