ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN
jPARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS
INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN
IBERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 84-25, LOCATED ON KENDALL
,DRIVE, WEST OF PINE AVENUE AND EAST OF CABLE CREEK CHANNEL).
II THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO
10RDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino

Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,

an irregularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately
10
2.5 acres having a frontage of 61 feet on the north side of
11
Kendall Drive approximately 1,901 feet west of pine Avenue,
12 adjacent to the east side of Cable Creek Channel, is rezoned from
13 R-3-2000 Multiple Family Residential District and PRD-12.5U
14 Planned Residential Development District at 12.5 units per acre
15 I to PRD-14U Planned Residential Development District at 14 units
16 per acre:

San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino,
State of California, described as follows:
