MC-443 2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 84-14, AN IRREGULARLY- SHAPED PARCEL OF LAND CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 20 ACRES HAVING A FRONTAGE OF APPROXIMATELY 1,568 FEET ON THE NORTH SIDE OF FRONTAGE ROAD AND BEING LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 1,100 FEET WESTERLY OF THE CENTERLINE OF LITTLE LEAGUE DRIVE), AND ADOPTING THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW. 3 4 5 6 7 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: 8 9 SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino 10 Municipal Code, the real property described in Exhibit "A", 11 attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, an 12 irregularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately 20 13 acres having a frontage of approximately 1,568 feet on the north 14 side of Frontage Road and being located approximately 1,100 feet 15 westerly of the centerline of Little League Drive, is rezoned from 16 MHP Mobile Home Park District to PRD-7 Planned Residential 17 Development District at 7 units per acre. 18 (PARCEL NO. ONE THOUSAND THIRTY-EIGHT, PETITION NO. 84-14.) 19 SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by 20 reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal 21 Code is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this 22 ordinance. 23 SECTION 3.
