ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO ADDING SECTION
15.04.225 TO THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE AMENDING THE
INATIONAL ELECTRICAL CODE, 1984 EDITION, TO ESTABLISH CERTAIN

IREQUIREMENTS FOR CABLE TELEVISION INSTALLATION DURING CONSTRUCTION

I THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO
iORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Section 15.04.225 is added to the San Bernardino
Municipal Code to read:
"15.04.225 National Electrical Code Section 820-16 added -
CATV Installation.
National Electrical Code Section 820-16 is added to read as

, follows:
820-16. CATV Installation. Contractors or developers
constructing two or more residential building units shall comply
with the requirements for cable television installation set forth
in Section 18.40.380 of the San Bernardino Municipal Code."
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was duly
