I ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING SECTIONS
10.52.010, 10.52.030 AND 10.52.040 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL
CODE ESTABLISHING A SPEED ZONE ON REDLANDS BOULEVARD OF 40 MPH
IBETWEEN HUNTS LANE AND GARDENA AVENUE AND 45 MPH BETWEEN GARDENA
AVENUE AND THE EAST CITY LIMIT; ON FORTIETH STREET OF 40 MPH
IBETWEEN WATERMAN AVENUE AND GOLDEN AND 30 MPH BETWEEN GOLDEN
IAVENUE AND MOUNTAIN AVENUE; ON MOUNTAIN AVENUE OF 30 MPH BETWEEN
FORTIETH STREET AND THIRTY-NINTH STREET; AND ON VICTORIA AVENUE OF
140 MPH BETWEEN HIGHLAND AVENUE AND LYNWOOD DRIVE.

SECTION 1. Section 10.52.010 of the San Bernardino Municipal

"10.52.010 Thirty miles an hour.
is amended to read:

12 In accordance with and pursuant to the authority of Sections
13 22357, 22358, 22360, and 22413 of the California Vehicle Code, the
]4 Mayor and Common Council do hereby determine and declare, upon the
]5 basis of an engineering and traffic investigation, that a prima
16 I facie speed limit of thirty miles per hour shall be established on
17 the following streets or portions thereof in the City:

'E' Street: between Rialto Avenue and Tenth Street.

'F' Street: between Thirty-fourth Street and a point six
20 hundred feet north of Thirty-sixth Street.

Fortieth Street: between Golden Avenue and Mountain Avenue.

Mountain Avenue: between Thirty-ninth Street and Fortieth

Street.

Ninth Street: between Sierra Way and 'H' Street.

Parkside Drive: between Marshall Boulevard and Thirty-

SECTION 2. Section 10.52.030 of the San Bernardino Municipal
28 Code is amended to read:

2 In accordance with and pursuant to the authority of Sections

13 Del Rosa Avenue: between Highland Avenue and a point seven
14 hundred thirty feet northerly; between Marshall Boulevard and
15 Eureka Street; between Foothill Boulevard and Bonita Vista Drive.
16 'E' Street: between Century Avenue and Benedict Streeet;
17 between Benedict Street and Rialto Avenue.
18 Electric Avenue: between Fortieth Street and Northpark
19 Boulevard.
20 Fifth Street: between Waterman Avenue and Sierra Way.
21 Fortieth Street: between Waterman Avenue and Golden Avenue.
22 'G' Street: between Mill Street and Rialto Avenue.
23 Golden Avenue: between Highland Avenue and Lynwood Drive.
24 'H' Street: between Base Line Street and Marshall Boulevard.
25 Highland Avenue: between Valencia Avenue and Arden Avenue.
26 Lynwood Drive: between Del Rosa Avenue and Valencia Avenue.
