SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
8 ;.!unicipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
9 generally located at the southeast corner of Euff street and
10 Crescent ~venue, is rezoned from M-l Light Industrial District to
11 C-M Commercial-Manufacturing District:
12 All that real property situated in the City of
San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State
13 of California, described as follows:
14 Those portions of Blocks 28 and 29, Rancho San
8ernardino, in the City of San Bernardino, County
15 of San Bernardino, State of California, as per plat
recorded in Book 7 of ~aps, page 2, records of
16 said County, described as follows:

Beginning at the point of intersection of the south
line of Huff street with the east line of "G" Street
as said streets were deeded to the City of San
Bernardino as per deeds recorded in Book 3243, pages
56 to 60, records of said County; thence south
00 Deg. 07' 10" east along the east line of "G"
Street, 129.45 feet, more or less, to the northwest
corner of the parcel of land conveyed to Southern
Pacific Company, a corporation, by deed recorded
November 1, 1957, as Instrument No. 50, in Book
4360, Page 88, official records of said County;
thence east 419.99 feet to the northeast corner of
the parcel so conveyed; thence north 0 Deg. 07' 10" west,
379.41 feet to a point 50 feet south of the south
line of Huff Street; thence west 25 feet; thence
north 00 Deg. 07' 10" west, 50.0 feet to the south
line of Huff Street; thence west along said south
line of Huff Street, 395.0 feet to the point of
beginning.

SECTION 3. The negative declaration for environmental
5 review, as adopted by the Environmental Review Committee, attached
