ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN
PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS
INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN
BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 85-2, A RECTANGULARLY-
SHAPED PARCEL OF LAND CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 29.4 ACRES,
j'HAVING A FRONTAGE OF APPROXIMATELY 960 FEET ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF
CENTURY AVENUE AND BEING LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 360 FEET WEST OF
THE CENTERLINE OF CAMINO REAL), AND ADOPTING THE NEGATIVE
DECLARATION FOR ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW.
THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
SECTION l.
I
IMuniciPal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
a rectangularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately
29.4 acres, having a frontage of approximately 960 feet on the
south side of Century Avenue and being located approximately 360
feet west of the centerline of Camino Real, is rezoned from "0"
Open Space District to C-M Commercial-Manufacturing District:
All that real property situated in the City of San
Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of
California, described as follows:
Lot 15, Block 54, Rancho San Bernardino, as per plat
recorded in Book 7 of Maps, Page 2, records of the
County of San Bernardino, State of California.
Excepting therefrom the east 1/2 of the east 1/2
thereof. The east 1/2 of the southeast 1/4 of said
lot also being the same as Parcel Map No. 1972, as
per plat recorded in Book 16 of Parcel Maps, Page
47, Official Records. (PARCEL NO.1)
Also excepting therefrom the east 1/2 of the north-
east 1/4 of Lot 15, Block 54, Rancho San Bernardino,
as per plat recorded in Book 7 of Maps, Page 2,
records of said County (PARCEL NO.2)
(PARCEL NO. ONE THOUSAND FIFTY-SEVEN, PETITION NO. 85-2.)
SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by
reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal

Code, is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this
2 ordinance.

SECTION 3. The negative declaration for environmental
4 review, as adopted by the Environmental Review Committee, attached
5 hereto, marked Exhibit "A", and incorporated herein by reference,
6 is hereby approved and adopted.
7 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was duly
8 adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
