ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN
PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS
INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN
BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 85-3, AN IRREGULARLY-
SHAPED PARCEL OF LAND CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 14.17 ACRES
IHAVING A FRONTAGE OF APPROXIMATELY 505.5 FEET ON THE NORTHWEST
SIDE OF BRIER DRIVE (GOULD STREET) AND BEING LOCATED
IAPPROXIMATELY 498 FEET NORTH OF THE CENTERLINE OF CARNEGIE DRIVE),
lAND ADOPTING THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW.

~ SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino

I!Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,

~an irregularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately
1114.17 acres having a frontage of approximately 505.5 feet on the
~northwest side of Brier Drive (Gould Street) and being located
approximately 498 feet north of the centerline of Carnegie Drive,

is rezoned from M-2 General Industrial District to C-M Commercial-

IManufacturing District:

All that real property situated in the City of San
Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of
California, described as follows:

Lot 34, Tract No. 12034, in the City of San Bernardino,
County of San Bernardino, State of California, as per
plat recorded in Book 168 of Maps, Pages 75 through
87, inclusive, Records of said County.

SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by
24 reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal
25 Code, is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this
26 ordinance.

SECTION 3. The negative declaration for environmental
28 review, as adopted by the Environmental Review Committee, attached
