ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN
PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS
INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN
BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 85-4, GENERALLY LOCATED
AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF FOOTHILL BOULEVARD AND HERIDIAN AVENUE
HAVING A FRONTAGE OF APPROXIMATELY 510 FEET ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF
FOOTHILL BOULEVARD AND A FRONTAGE OF 274 FEET ON THE WEST SIDE OF
MERIDIAN AVENUE), AND ADOPTING THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR
ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW.

THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

I SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino

IMunicipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
rgenerallY located at the southwest corner of Foothill Boulevard
land Meridian Avenue having a frontage of approximately 510 feet on
ithe south side of Foothill Boulevard and a frontage of 274 feet on

14 the west side of Meridian Avenue, is rezoned from C-l
15 Neighborhood Commercial District to C-3A Limited General

16 Commercial District:

All that real property situated in the City of San
Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of
California, described as follows:

Parcel 2 of Parcel Map No. 1169, County of San
Bernardino, State of California, as per plat recorded
in Book 13 of Parcel Maps, Page 89, records of said
County.

SECTION 2. The zoning map, \/hich is incorporated by
24 reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal
25 Code, is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this
26 ordinance.

28 review, as adopted by the Environmental Review Committee, attached
