MC-470 2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS 3 INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 85-12, LOCATED NORTH 4 OF LYNWOOD DRIVE, AT THE NORTHERN TERMINUS OF CENTRAL AVENUE EXTENDING EAST TO ORANGE STREET), AND ADOPTING THE NEGATIVE 5 DECLARATION FOR ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW. 6 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino Municipal Code, the real property described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, located north of Lynwood Drive, at the northern terminus of Central Avenue extending east to Orange Street, is rezoned from R-l-10,800 Singl~Family Residential to PRD-.5U/Ac Planned Residential Development at .5 units per acre. (PETITION No. 85-12). SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal Code is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this ordinance. SECTION 3. The negative declaration for environmental review, as adopted by the Environmental Review Committee, attached hereto, marked Exhibit "B", and incorporated herein by reference, is hereby approved and adopted. I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was duly adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino at a regular meeting thereof, held 26 on the 5th day of August , 1985, by the 27 following vote, to wit: 28 .
