MC-471 2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 85-6, LOCATED APPROXIMATELV 1,500 FEET SOUTH OF KENDALL DRIVE, BETWEEN THE FUTURE EXTENSION OF 40TH STREET AND "F" STREET), AND ADOPTING THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW. 3 4 5 6 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: 7 8 SECTION 1.
