ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING SECTION
19.56.370 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE TO PROVIDE THAT
IMPOUND YARDS SHALL BE EXCEPTED FROM THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION
19.56.380 THROUGH 19.56.420 WHICH REQUIRE IMPROVEMENTS.
THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 19.56.370 of the San Bernardino
Municipal Code is amended to read:
"19.56.370 Treatment of public and private parking, outdoor
sales and display areas.
Each parcel of land used for public and private vehicular
parking, outdoor sales, or display purposes, except the storage
area for vehicles in impound yards, shall be improved and
maintained as required in Section 19.56.380 through 19.56.420."
