ORDINANCE NO. MC-488
2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING SECTION
8.63.130 SUBSECTION B OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE TO
3 CHANGE THE ADDRESS OF THE CENTRAL FIRE STATION.
4 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

6 SECTION 1. Section 8.63.130 Subsection B of the San
7 Bernardino Municipal Code is amended to read:
8 "B. Any additional land area, whether publicly or privately
9 owned, which the Fire Chief of the Fire Department determines to
10 be so situated or so inaccessible that a fire upon said land
11 could present an abnormally difficult task of fire suppression.
12 Such additional land areas shall be designated on a map available
13 to the public and maintained by the Fire Department at the
14 Central Fire Station, 200 East Third Street, San Bernardino. The
15 Fire Chief shall provide a written description of the boundaries
16 of any such additional land area to the City Clerk who shall
17 provide for publication of notice thereof pursuant to the
18 provisions of California Government Code.Section 6061."
