2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING SECTION
19.26.020 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE TO PERMIT THE
3 ESTABLISHMENT OF OFF-SITE SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES IN A C-2
ZONE, SUBJECT TO A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT; AND EXCEPTING
4 THEREFROM ANY ESTABLISHMENT OF 25,000 SQUARE FEET OR MORE WHICH,
INCIDENTAL TO ITS MAIN BUSINESS, SELLS ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.

THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO
6 ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
7 SECTION 1. section 19.26.020 Subsection B paragraph 15 of
8 the San Bernardino Municipal Code is amended to read:
9 "15. Liquor store or other facilities for the off-site sale
10 of alcoholic beverages, including beer and wine, subject to a
11 conditional use permit; excepting therefrom a liquor store or
12 other facility containing twenty-five thousand square feet or
13 more which does not sell alcoholic beverages as its principal
14 bus iness;"
15 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was duly
16 adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
17 Bernardino at a

meeting thereof, held
