2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING SECTION
10.52.020 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE TO ESTABLISH A 35
3 M.P.H. SPEED ZONE ON HOSPITALITY LANE, BETWEEN WATERMAN AVENUE AND
"E" STREET.

THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO
5 ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
6 SECTION 1. Section 10.52.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal
7 Code is amended to read:
8 "10.52.020 Thirty-five miles an hour.
9 In accordance with and pursuant to the authority of Sections
10 22357, 22358, 22360, and 22413 of the California Vehicle Code, the
11 Mayor and Common Council do hereby determine and declare, upon the
12 basis of an engineering and traffic investigation, that a prima
13 facie speed limit of thirty-five miles per hour shall be
14 established on the following streets or portions thereof in the
15 City:
16 Atlantic Avenue: between Palm Avenue and Cienega Court.
17 'D' Street: between sixth Street and Twenty-Eighth Street.
18 'E' Street: between Tenth Street and Highland Avenue.
19 Eucalyptus Avenue: between Mill Street and Rialto Avenue.
20 Fortieth Street: between Waterman Avenue and Electric
21 Avenue.
22 Forty-eighth Street: between Electric Avenue and Kendall
23 Drive.
24 'G' Street: between Sixth Street and Marshall Boulevard.
25 Gilbert Street: between Waterman Avenue and a point two
26 hundred seven feet easterly of Cedar Street.
27 Highland Avenue: between 'I' Street and 'E' Street, between
28 Sierra Way and Valencia Avenue.

1 Hospitality Lane, between Waterman Avenue and "E" Street.
2 Inland Center Drive: between 'E' Street and a point more or
3 less one thousand five hundred seventy-five feet southwesterly of
4 'I' Street.
5 Marshall Boulevard: between Little Mountain Drive and Ladera
6 Road; between Waterman Avenue and Little Mountain Drive.
7 Massachusetts Avenue: between Base Line Street and Highland
8 Avenue.
9 Mill Street: between Bordwell Avenue and Waterman Avenue.
10 Mt. Vernon Avenue: between Grant Street and Rialto Avenue;
11 between Seventh Street and Twenty-seventh Street.
12 Muscott Street: between Fifth Street and Base Line Street.
13 Rialto Avenue: between Muscott Street and Waterman Avenue.
14 Second Street: between Waterman Avenue and Arrowhead Avenue;
15 between 'H' Street and Mt. Vernon Avenue.
16 Third Street: between 'I' Street and Viaduct Boulevard.
