2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING SECTION
15.56.040 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE TO INCREASE PARK
3 CONSTRUCTION FEES IN THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO.
4 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

6 SECTION 1. Section 15.56.040 Subsection A Paragraphs 1, 2
7 and 3 of the San Bernardino Municipal Code are amended to read:
8 "1. A sum equivalent to one percent of the cost of the
9 improvements for each one-family dwelling constructed, as
10 determined by the building permit.
11 2. A sum equivalent to one percent of the improvements for
12 each residential dwelling unit constructed in a multiple dwelling
13 containing at least two or more residential dwelling units, as
14 determined by the building permit.
15 3. A sum equivalent to one-half of one percent of the
16 improvements for each mobile home lot constructed in a mobile
17 home park or mobile home park subdivision, as determined by the
18 building permit."
