I ORDINANCE NO. MC-539
2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN
PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS
3 INCORPCRATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN
BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 86-14, GENERALLY LOCATED
4 ON THE NORTH SIDE OF CITRUS STREET EXTENDING NORTHERLY TO
PIEDMONT DRIVE AND BEING LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 620 FEET EAST OF
5 THE CENTERLINE OF VICTORIA AVENUE), AND ADOPTING THE NEGATIVE
DECLARATION FOR ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW.

THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO
7 ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
8 SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
9 Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
10 generally located on the north side of Citrus Street extending
II northerly to Piedmont Drive and being located approximately 620
12 feet east of the centerline of Victoria Avenue, is rezoned from
13 PRD-6 units/acre, Planned Residential Development District to
14 R-1-7200, Single-Family Residential District:
15 All that real property situated in the City
of San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino,
16 State of California, described as follows:
17 Parcels 1 and 3 of Parcel Map 5140, in the
City of San Bernardino as per plat recorded
18 in Book 61 of Parcel Maps, Pages 18 through
19, inclusive, records of said county.

SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by
reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal
Code, is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this
ordinance.
SECTION 3. The negative declaration for environmental
review, as adopted by the Environmental Review Committee,
attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A", and incorporated herein by
reference, is hereby approved and adopted.
