2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING SECTION
10.16.150 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE TO AUTHORIZE
3 PERSONNEL TO IMMOBILIZE VEHICLES.
4 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1: Subsection E is hereby added to Section

10.16.150 of the San Bernardino Municipal Code to read as
follows:
"E. Any police officer, the Public Buildings
Superintendent, parking control checkers, designated security
personnel, or any regularly employed and salaried City employee
12
enforcing parking laws and regulations, are authorized and
13
empowered to immobilize vehicles as provided in Section 22651.7
14
of the Vehicle Code of the State of California."

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was duly
