ORDINANCE NO. MC-547
2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING SECTION
10.16.150 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE TO AUTHORIZE
3 APPROVED VOLUNTEERS TO ISSUE NOTICES OF PARKING VIOLATIONS TO
VEHICLES ILLEGALLY PARKED IN DISABLED OR PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED
4 PARKING SPACES.
5 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Section 10.16.150 Subsection C of the San
8 Bernardino Municipal Code is amended to read as follows:

"C. The Public Buildings Superintendent, or his authorized
10 representatives, including volunteers approved by said
11 Superintendent, are authorized and empowered to enforce parking
12 regulations adopted pursuant to Section 10.16.160 relating to
13 parking spaces reserved for handicapped persons and to issue
14 parking control notices relating thereto as provided in Vehicle
15 Code Section 41103."
16 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was duly
17 adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
18 Bernardino at a
