2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING SECTION
6.24.150 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE TO DECREASE ADOPTION
3 FEES FOR DOGS OR CATS.

THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO
5 ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
6 SECTION 1. Section 6.24.150 Subsection 0 of the San
7 Bernardino Municipal Code is amended to read:
8 "D. Adoption Fee (to new owners):
9 fifteen dollars for each dog or puppy
10 ten dollars for each cat or kitten."
11 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was duly
12 adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
13 Bernardino at a
regular
meeting thereof, held
