2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN
PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS
3 INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN
BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 86-22, GENERALLY
4 BORDERED BY RIALTO AVENUE ON THE NORTH, "E" STREET ON THE EAST,
INLAND CENTER DRIVE ON THE SOUTH, AND THE I-215 FREEWAY ON THE
5 WEST), AND ADOPTING THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR ENVIRONMENTAL
REVIEW.

7 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

9 SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San
10 Bernardino Municipal Code, the real property described in
11 Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by
12 reference, bordered by Rialto Avenue on the north, "E" Street
13 on the east, Inland Center Drive on the south, and the I-215
14 Freeway on the west, is rezoned from M-1 Light Industrial
15 District, M-2 General Industrial District, and C-3A Limited
16 General Commercial District to C-M Commercial-Manufacturing
17 District.

19 SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by
20 reference in section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal
21 Code is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this
22 ordinance.
23 SECTION 3. The negative declaration for environmental
24 review, as adopted by the Environmental Review Committee,
25 attached hereto, marked Exhibit "B", and incorporated herein by
26 reference, is hereby approved and adopted.

PHASES I AND II
In the City of San Bernardino, California
Being a portion of Blocks II, 12, 28, 29, and 54 Rancho San
Bernardino, as per plat recorded in Book 7 of Maps, page 2, Records
of San Bernardino County, California, and a portion of Map of
Urbita, as per plat recorded in Book 3 of Maps, page 54, Records of
said County, more particularly described as follows:
All of Lots 1 through 18, inclusive, said Block II, and all of Lots
1 through 9, inclusive, said Block 12, and that portion of Lots 10
through 18 said Block 12 lying on the Easterly side of Interstate
215 Freeway as shown on State of California Department of Trans-
portation Right-of-Way Maps Numbers 426093, 426094, 426095 and
426101.
Together with all of Lot 8, said Block 29, and that portion of Lots
I, 2, 3, 5, 6 and 7, said Block 29 lying Northwesterly of the center-
line of Inland Center Drive (formerly Colton Avenue); all of Lots I,
2, 3 and 4, said Block 28 and that portion of Lots 5, 6, 7 and 8,
said Block 28, lying on the Easterly side of aforementioned Interstate
215 FreewaY;Lthat portion of Lot 35, said Block 54, and .aid Map of
Urbita, lyin~ between said Easterly side of Interstate 215 Free-
way and afor~aid centerline of Inland Center Drive (formerly Colton
Avenue).
Also together with the South one-half of Rialto Avenue adjacent to

Thence Northerly along the Easterly right-of-way line of said In
terstate 215 Freeway through various courses as shown on the
aforementioned Right-of-Way Maps to the intersection with the center
line of the aforementioned Rialto Avenue;
Thence South 89053'09" East along said centerline of Rialto Avenue
830 feet more or less to the intersection with the centerline of
"G" Street;
Thence continuing along said centerline of Rialto Avenue, North
