2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN
PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS
3 INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN
BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 86-24, GENERALLY
4 LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF "F" STREET APPROXIMATELY 620 FEET
NORTH OF TENTH STREET AT 1095-1115 NORTH "F" STREET), AND ADOPTING
5 THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW.

THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO
7 ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
8 SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
9 Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
10 generally located on the east side of "F" Street approximately
11 620 feet north of Tenth Street at 1095-1115 North "F" Street, is
12 rezoned from C-4, Central Business District to R-3-2000,
13 Multiple-Family Residential District:

All that real property situated in the City
of San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino,
State of California, described as follows:
The North 20 feet of Lot 23, all of Lots
24, 25 and 26, except the North 20 feet of
Lot 26, Tract No. 2334, as per plat recorded
in Book 33 of Maps, page(s) 44, records of
said County.

20 SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by
21 reference in section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal
22 Code, is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this
23 ordinance.
24 SECTION 3. The negative declaration for environmental
25 review, as adopted by the Environmental Review Committee, attached
26 hereto, marked Exhibit "A", and incorporated herein by reference,
27 is hereby approved and adopted.
