2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING SECTION
19.56.050 SUBSECTION D OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE
3 REDUCING PARKING STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR MEDICAL AND DENTAL
OFFICES.

5 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

7 SECTION 1. section 19.56.050 Subsection D of the San
8 Bernardino Municipal Code is amended to read as follows:
9 "D. Medical/dental office - ten spaces for the first two
10 thousand square feet of gross floor area plus one space for
11 each one hundred seventy five square feet, or fraction thereof,
12 over two thousand square feet."
13 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was duly
14 adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
15 Bernardino at an adiourned reqular
