SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
8 Eunicipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
9 generally located at the southwest corner of Caroline Street and
10 Waterman Avenue, is rezoned from M-l, Light Industrial District
11 to C-M, Cornr.lercial Manufacturing District:

All that real property situated in the City of San
Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of
California, described as follows:

That portion of the north one-half of Lot 4, Block 65,
Rancho San Bernardino, in the city of San Bernardino,
County of San Bernardino, State of California, as per
Map recorded in Book 7 of Maps, page 2, in the
Office of the County Recorder of said County, described
as follows:

BEGINNING at a point on the east line of said Lot 4,
560 feet south of the northeast corner of said Lot;
thence west parallel with the north line of said Lot,
1,215.23 feet; thence south parallel with the east
line of said Lot, 716.90 feet, more or less, to "tIle

east along the south line of the north one-half of
